The number it's looking for is the last three digits, not the first three digits. Try renaming your SF16AAA to SF16111 or something like that, then give it that number.

It's actually not a SuperFX2 game (it uses the regular SuperFX chip), but it does require modding a cartridge.

Yes, USB floppy drives work fine. My USB SuperDisk drive doesn't like 1.5MB floppies, but otherwise I've had no issues.

The NES power supply is AC! You're lucky the Game Doctor is still alive, I've heard that can damage some electronics quite badly.
