I´m interested on buy a Doctor SF7 (32M) for NTSC SFC, but I have a PAL SNES. It's compatible, or, exist any way to make it compatible.

Yes you can modify a PAL SNES to make it compatible with the SF7

You need to disable the lockout chip, see http://www.gamesx.com/importmod/sneslockout.htm it's worth reading the following first http://home.freeuk.net/markk/Consoles/SNES_Lockout.txt as it goes in to more detail about different PAL SNES versions.

Then do this mod http://www.gamesx.com/importmod/snes5060.htm which with allow you to play the games with PAL detection.
