Hi!
I recently ordered my game doctor sf7 here.
But since I have a pal snes, Iīll have to solder a pal cic to it.

Though my parcel didnīt arrive yet, iīd like to ask you now on how to solder a pal cic to the sf7. So I could maybe get an answer till my parcel arrives.

I couldnīt find a tutorial in this forum.
Please correct me and give me a link, if there is one.

Do i need extra wire to solder the chip there, or are there extra connections or even a socket on the board to fit the chipīs layout? (it is different than the ntsc lockout chip)

Thanks for your help!

Ntsc and pal lockout chip have the same layout , for changing the cic , it depend of your sf7 : on the 1rst revisions ,they are soldered , on the last they are socketed
