Hello:

I've ordered a MD-Pro two days ago. I also paid two days ago and I've sent two emails to tototek.

I have no answer yet and I'm a bit worried. Could somebody tell me how much time do tototek take to answer an order?

Hi, to be perfectly honest, Tototek are s*it at answering e-mails. But don't worry, they are good at getting the goods out. I ordered all 4 flash carts late on a Sunday night, and they were delivered Friday morning. The date on the package said it wasn't posted 'til the Wednesday, so it only took 2 days to get to the U.K.
I didn't get a tracking number though. I'd give it a week before starting to worry, you'll more than likely have your MD-PRO by then.

Tototek are really good when it comes to posting. I've ordered twice and I got my goods within 5 working days. So don't worry, you'll get the package soon Very Happy

There's also seems to be a problem with the whole posting system these days in UK. I've ordered many different stuff from different companies in the UK, 2 weeks have passed since then and I'm still waiting... Sad

I checked my shipping status earlier today and it said "Waitting for ship / Invisilive order" Just curious, does anybody know what "Invisilive" is supposed to mean? Razz
