Is there a way to convert game copier saves for use in an emulator?

Super Wildcard DX2 saves to .BBD files, but when I try to copy them to my PC, I get an error every time

Game Doctor SF saves in .B01 files. I know there is a way to convert .SRM to GDSF save format, but what about the other way around?

From the ucon64 readme:

--stp convert SRAM from backup unit for use with an emulator
--stp just strips the first 512 bytes
