Something's not letting me click on sublinks in menu. HELP.

I can click on the main links alright, but when I try to click on the sublinks my cursor won't go on them! It just ignores it and goes down to the next main link, like those sublinks don't even exist... Are those links dead or something?

...I'm trying to access the "back units" page for third party products so if someone could provide me a direct link to that that would help me out.

...Man, I hope someone's reading this.
