Hi!

I've modified my pal SNES to be zone free (I cut the F113 chip).

need I the cic-161 chip to play games in the console?

There are two mods. One is a 50/60 Hz mod that uses a switch. I don't think this is what you are talking about.

The other is the lockout mod which is what I think you've done here. If so you should be able to run the Super Flash without the CIC-161.
