You should try to replace the 3&1/2 floppy. I had that problem and any drive will do. |

yes... make sure the centre pin is negative. If that is the case then you probably have a bad drive. Fairly cheap and easy to replace so no worries there. Just about any one will do. |

If the centre pole wasn't negative there would not be an error message in the first place, just a blank screen.
Try replacing the floppy drive. |
