Thank you, i tried but nothing. The dram works well, i can fill every slot and works. 2 slot filled with a game of 16mbit and 2 of 8mbit each works.

The ram is not faulty, philjay mentioned he could map several games in different area of the ram card.
As you already found out from older threads there's a mod to map >16M games on the MD. I'm not sure if it's some type of demux or a custom mapper but I'd be curious to see it too if anyone has one.

I would like to know if anyone has ever thought to make a pcb gerber file to print of the dram card for mgd2. I think is simple to find the dram chip inside, the problem is drawing the pcb. Internally not seems complicated, just a pcb a 4 dram with a plastic cover.

Yeah, MGD2 RAM cards super simple, indeed. It's on the plan for one of these rainy days, if someone else wants to give it a try I attached a picture of the PCB. Higher quality available on request. RAM is NEC D4248000GS, datasheets are available on the net.
EDIT: added another backside picture with a ruler.

The one pictured above is using DRAM and they most certainly use standard 1uF capacitors.
We still need some pics of the SRAM ram board.

Works! We have now a Dram Repro for MGD2.
0.1 uF capacitors works too.

Now, we need a sram cart scan to make a repro.
Anyone have one to scan?

I do have a 8 MBit SRAM card, but it's quite a bit more complicated as the DRAM cards. It is also very weirdly multi-layered, with part of the SRAM sitting on a second PCB. Solder pitch of the SRAM also is a lot finer than DRAM.
Will you publish the Gerber file (and potential soure files?) for your DRAM card?
