Hi at all,
I want to build a custo Nintendo 64 with Doctor V64 od CD64...
I wabt to use a Slim DVD for load the Roms...
Can I use a IDE adaptor to use a slim CD ?? |

I remember the V64 was very picky about what CDROM drive you use in it. Luckily I have one spare CDROM for mine of the same manufacturer but I'm not sure if it will work. I don't think you can use a dvd drive in it unless you figure out how to modify the bios. Someone modified the bios so you can put a hard drive inside the V64 but I haven't seen very much progress on that file. Also you have to write the data raw to the hard drive to use it, so that's kinda crummy. No tool is really included with it so it's rather useless imo.
