I don't want to make my system dual boot, I'm not up for the hassle. I'm wondering if I can put windows '98 on a HDD separate from the one with XP on it and just unplug the XP HDD and switch it for the HDD with Win98 on it to flash my md-pro (In the future). I think it should work. Anyone care to comment? Thanks.

My system is very picky, so whenever I have to use Win 98, I shut down, put in the 98 HD and start back up. Works like a charm. It should be fine for you too, I would imagine.

You could also use VMWARE and install windows 98 from within any other version of windows...
